South Coast Inns are an experienced and successful hospitality company whose history stretches back some 50 years. With a portfolio of ten outstanding hotels that are each unique in their own way, South Coast Inns needed a brand that spoke of the company and its standards whilst also promoting the unique characteristics and personality of each of their coaching inns.
At talkingdesign we carefully researched the market and each of the hotels before creating the right solution. The result was an overarching brand that sets a style for all hotels, and then individual sub brands for each of the hotels. We used bespoke illustration and individual colours to give each hotel its own persona, whilst adhering to the company’s brand guidelines. This gives each hotel its own identity, promoting the distinctive features of each location, whilst giving an instantly recognisable style that sets the South Coast Inns group apart from the rest.
